Khorasan is a delicious ancient wheat that has a sweet, hearty and buttery flavour. It works beautifully in flat breads and pasta, as well as crackers, bread and scones.

Our flour is best used fresh and has three month shelf life. Pop it in the fridge or freezer to extend its life.
