ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-6 business days to process your order. We ship through Australia Post and are not responsible for shipping times.  

LOCAL PICK UP

During checkout, choose ‘pick up in store’, this option is free. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-7 days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $18 applies to orders shipping to Vic/Tas/ACT/NSW/SA for orders up to 22kg. Shipping to WA, QLD and NT is very expensive since flour is heavy! 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We package the flour to the best of our ability, but sometimes it gets damaged in transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@woodstockflour.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
