Shipping

We ship twice a week through Australia Post on Monday and Thursday afternoons, dispatched through the Rutherglen Post Office in Victoria.

We mill flour to order (so that you receive the freshest flour) and we are a very small team so we appreciate your patience.

 

How much does shipping cost? 

We are currently offering $15 flat rate shipping to Victoria, NSW and ACT, Tasmania, South Australia and Queensland for orders up to 22kg (the maximum weight Australia Post will ship).

We ship Australia wide and charge Australia Post rates for orders outside of the above areas. You can find out how much shipping will cost by proceeding through the checkout (you will receive a shipping estimate before you need to provide payment details). 

Shipping to WA and NT is very expensive since flour is heavy! As a small business we can’t afford to absorb these costs. Thanks for your understanding!


How long will my order take to arrive? 

You can check out the Australia Post website for information on delivery speeds but please keep in mind that we only dispatch twice a week and we work with a small rural Post Office. Shipping times are likely to be slightly longer than advertised on their website. 

 

Do you do refunds?

We can do a full refund if we receive your request before the order is shipped. We package the flour to the best of our ability, but sometimes it gets damaged in transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@woodstockflour.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
