Work With Us

Wholesale Accounts

We’re growing our milling operation and always keen to connect with like-minded bakers, chefs, grocers and food producers. If you’re interested in using our flour, we’d love to hear from you. Minimum orders apply, especially for customers outside our region, but we’re happy to discuss what might work for your needs.

Drop us a line and tell us a bit about your business and we’ll take it from there.

Grain growers

We’re always looking to connect with growers in Victoria and NSW who share our values and commitment to soil health, biodiversity, and nutrient-dense food.

We work with Certified Organic growers and will soon be looking to source from regenerative grain growers too. We pay a premium price for quality grain grown in alignment with our principles. We're currently developing our own regenerative grain standard to provide clarity and transparency around what we expect and support in practice. Please reach out and we can talk further.

Staff

We occasionally look for part-time help in the mill. If you’re someone who values hands-on, physical work, has an eye for detail, and is curious to learn the craft of milling, we’d love to hear from you. We're looking for people who are values-aligned, comfortable working independently, and skilled in caring for machinery and equipment.

Bakers in Residence

We’ve launched a baker’s residency at Woodstock Flour, where we host and collaborate with a microbakery for the wheat season. It’s a seasonal exchange: we share what we know about growing and milling, and in return we learn from the baker’s craft and share good food with our community.

Mat and Hannah from Slow Grown Foods have been our bakers in residence since late April 2025. Based in the Blue Mountains, NSW, they started Slow Grown Foods three years ago with a focus on thoughtfully made, nourishing baked goods.

While here, Mat has been milling alongside Ian and developing a range of staple loaves. Their Field Loaf blends our high-extracted Condo flour, Rosella, and Rye, and comes in three sizes: a 900g regular loaf, a 1.3kg loaf and a 1.3kg tin loaf. They also bake a Whole-wheat Loaf made with Rye and Rosella, featuring cooked rye grain throughout and finished with a crust of pepitas and sunflower seeds. Hannah has refined rye, choc and tahini cookies and cakes featuring seasonal fruit.
