Certified Organic whole grains grown on our family farm. Great for home based flour milling, cracking, sprouting and soaking.
Spitfire wheat is ideal for bread, pasta and pizza. Rosella wheat is a great substitute for plain flour and works well in cakes, biscuits, scones and noodles. Rye and Spelt are low gluten grains and can be used in breads, cakes, biscuits, etc. And Triticale is really delicious for flat breads and pasta.
PLEASE NOTE: As we are Certified Organic, we do our best to clean and store our grain but we cannot guarantee that our grain is weevil free. Upon receiving grain, please store grain in your freezer for 48 hours to ensure no pests can take hold. Grain must be stored in air tight containers in a cool dark place.
