Stoneground, wholegrain flour milled to order from Certified Organic Triticale grown on our farm. Triticale is a wheat/rye cross which is delicious in all sorts of baking.
Triticale flour is lower in gluten with a caramel and nutty flavour. It’s perfect for biscuits, crackers, short crust pastry, flat breads and for adding flavour to leavened breads.
Our flour is best used fresh and has three month shelf life. Pop it in the fridge or freezer to extend its life.
